Our year 9 boys fought tremendously to beat 8 other schools and be crowned as Birmingham Festival cup winners!

In the group stage we managed to scrape through by 1 win to help us reach the semi finals. We comfortably beat Small Heath in the semi’s which then we had to play Holy Trinity in the finals. Holy Trinity had the upper hand in this game as they beat us 1-0 during the group stage but the boys were ready for redemption! The final ended 0-0 so it went to penalties. Both teams scored fantastic penalties but all Luka take a bow! He saved 2 penalties and decided to step up to score the winning penalty to bring the trophy home. Phenomenal scenes tonight, couldn't help but join in on the celebrations. Please congratulate the boys on their fantastic win.
