Dear Parent/Carers,
On Thursday 8th October 2026 will be hosting our Year 12 and 13 Parents Evening. The parents evening will start at 4:00pm and run until 6:30pm and you will get the opportunity to speak to your child’s teachers about the progress they are making in their KS5 subjects and how they have settled into their studies.
This year we will be using Arbor to book appointments, therefore if you haven’t done so already, please first register with Arbor and then download the Arbor app to log in to your account. We have attached instructions on how to do this to the email. If you have any issues accessing the app or require further support, please email
The appointments will become live on Thursday 24th September after 3pm and are booked on a first come, first served basis, therefore booking early is recommended. Booking will close on Wednesday 7th October at midday. Teaching staff will only be able to meet with parents that have booked appointments through Arbor.
We would ask that you arrive on site at least 5 minutes prior to your first appointment, so you have plenty of time to sign in.
On arrival you will need to come through the Sheldon Heath Road entrance and make your way into the school via main reception, where staff will be on hand to direct you to your first appointment in the Theatre.
